The story...

Mike Pikowski comes from a family of Chicago Policemen.  His father, Ron, spent over 10 yrs as a patrolman and the last 20 yrs in communications as a 9-1-1 dispatcher.

In January 2010, Ron Pikowski lost his struggle with pancreatic cancer.  The business name - 911 Bookkeeping - is a tribute to Ron's 32 years on the job and Mike's dedication to "Serve and Protect" in a business sense.

Along that theme...we are the "first responders" for some of the business emergencies that our clients face - the name fits.

There are two main challenges to keeping good records...

1) finding a trustworthy person to grant access to financial records

2) finding an experienced person to do the job correctly

Founder

Mike Pikowski has been supporting business owners since 1991.  His career in financial services taught him to have good resources and to execute accurately.  From each experience Mike has brought with him a dedication to his clients and a desire to exceed their expectations.  His services include…

Mike is a product of St. Daniel the Prophet, St. Laurence High School, University of Illinois at Chicao and New York University.  He volunteers time as Treasurer of the Oak Park Art League, Treasurer of Longfellow School (Oak Park District 97) and coaching in the Oak Park Youth Baseball/Softball programs.
