911 has been engaged to perform bill-payment responsibilities for divorced parties in mediation and training one of the partners of a part-time business focused on assisting seniors with cleaning and shopping services.  Each customer will be remotely serviced on a monthly basis.

All based in Oak Park with offices in Chicago, 911 Bookkeeping engaged with two psych practices and an organization that offers resources for special needs children.  All three businesses have had the same goal: improve internal systems and financial reporting.  911 Bookkeeping will be on-site weekly for 2 of the clients and will offer consulting services to support internal staff for the other group.

Construction veterans must be gearing up for the economic rebound.  This month 911 Bookkeeping engaged with an architect, two residential general contractors, a mill work subcontractor and a commercial general contractor specializing in health care construction.  All have had the same goal: improve internal systems and financial reporting now so that they can focus on business development and growth.

911 Bookkeeping expands its construction and local non-profit services in Oak Park.

911 Bookkeeping is servicing a general contractor in Oak Park, IL.  911 will work on-site at their home office and update Quickbooks and reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.  Job-costing and progress invoicing will be the focus. 

The Oak Park "Mom's Mail" and a referral from another local bookkeeper has lead us to the Collaboration for Early Childhood Education and Development as well as Wonder Works Childrens Museum.  Daily operations and their boards are run by residents from the Oak Park-River Forest community and surrounding areas.

911 Bookkeeping expands its service network to San Francisco, CA and Milwaukee, WI  in March 2010

911 Bookkeeping has added four new clients to our network to start off the first quarter.  

A Woodridge, IL-based internet sports company has retained 911 Bookkeeping to develop the financial portion of their business plan for a new venture expected to receive funding fall 2011. 

A Chicago, IL (Bucktown) real estate brokerage/investment group.  911 Bookkeeping will be on-site 2x per month.

A Milwaukee, WI based group seeking a remote solution offers professional development, strategic planning for technology, and conducts ed tech research and evaluations for k-12 schools from its Milwaukee, WI office.  Their primary needs involve reconciliations and best mobile practices.

An Oak Brook, IL-based medical IT start-up with officers in IL and NY.  911 Bookkeeping will provide solutions for payroll and accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly reconciliations.

Friday, June 18th, we celebrated our new location with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Oak Park River Forest Chamber of Commerce.  We had a nice turn-out on a hot day.  Everyone loved the food from Prairie Bread Kitchen.  Thank you to the family, friends and clients that came out to support our event.
